This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• The manager will oversee all technical facets of extensive litigation support projects, especially those that present unique and/or complex demands.
• Responsible for managing user help desk support, as well as creating and maintaining system and user documentation, along with providing system and user training.
• Supervises the development of configuration management, risk analysis, and disaster recovery strategies, particularly for web-hosted litigation data.
• Ensures that proper system and data security measures are effectively implemented and adhered to.
• Engages with the government Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) to discuss work scheduling, personnel assignments, priorities, and progress reports; plans, staffs, schedules, and formulates cost estimates for upcoming tasks; and provides updates on progress.
• Directs and oversees staff; guarantees adherence to functional requirements, technical design, and work standards; ensures successful task completion, on-time deliverables, and quality control.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance before starting (candidates do not need to be cleared at the time of application).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Capable of functioning effectively in a completely remote work setting.
• This role is at a very senior level, and candidates must exhibit significant, in-depth skills and experience relevant to the system's requirements.
• A minimum of several years of first-line management experience is also essential.
