This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Oversee project management in collaboration with a project engineer, starting from the Sales handover, by engaging with customers, internal teams, and third-party system integrators.
• Facilitate activities across different functional groups while tracking dependencies.
• Ensure project success through effective management of team-wide processes, project execution, timelines, and budgets.
• Adhere to established deployment processes, identify areas for improvement, and document specific requirements for customers, store types, and local regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive records in a central repository for easy reference during and post-deployment.
• Evaluate project plans, gather survey data, review quotes from third-party system integrators, establish project timelines and budgets, coordinate hardware requirements, and monitor all milestones and transitions of responsibilities throughout the project.
• Apply strong influencing and persuasion skills to adjust expectations for project modifications as necessary across all stakeholders.
• Manage communication between parties regarding installation and the identification, resolution, and documentation of technical issues during the deployment process.
• Align all internal and external schedules with the overall project timeline to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Successfully validate customer acceptance of completed projects and transition internal responsibilities for ongoing support, training, network monitoring, and customer success.
• Address all warranty concerns, manage excess hardware returns, finalize invoices from suppliers, and provide accurate data for customer billing.
• Offer insights on the performance of suppliers, integrators, and internal processes.
• Coordinate post-deployment repair and maintenance activities as required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware/software implementation.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; experience in retail or retail integration is preferred.
• Strong capability to engage clients and team members in a constructive and supportive manner.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and review basic construction floor and ceiling plans.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as needed for training or customer requirements.
• Proficient in English.
• Unquenchable desire to seek solutions and enhance processes through meticulous personal initiative.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Ability to reason and make decisions in real-time.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, leveraging professional experience and available resources to develop practical solutions.
• Proficiency in software tools such as Confluence, Jira, Team Gantt, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Slack.
