Systems Integration Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and sustain AI-driven workflows utilizing contemporary AI platforms.

• Create and execute automation pipelines by leveraging Make, Zapier, and bespoke integrations.

• Recognize manual tasks that can be automated to enhance operational efficiency.

• Continuously refine workflows to boost scalability and productivity.

• Create and maintain integrations across various SaaS platforms through APIs and native connectors.

• Establish custom data flows among business applications.

• Oversee integration performance, address issues, and ensure system dependability.

• Diagnose integration failures and promptly resolve technical challenges.

• Develop and manage WooCommerce and Shopify websites.

• Implement enhancements on both the front-end and back-end.

• Assist in the development of landing pages and initiatives for website optimization.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors as needed.

• Create automated reporting pipelines linking CRM, e-commerce, and marketing platforms.

• Maintain dashboards and reporting systems utilized by leadership.

• Ensure data integrity across integrated platforms.

• Enhance reporting automation and operational transparency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Systems Integration, Full-Stack Development, Software Engineering, or a similar technical position.

• Proficient programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or an analogous language.

• Experience in integrating SaaS platforms through APIs.

• Practical experience in creating automation workflows utilizing Make (Integromat), Zapier, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with WooCommerce and/or Shopify.

• Strong skills in troubleshooting and debugging.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work during U.S. Pacific Time (PST) business hours.
