This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist our corporate travel division by providing innovative solutions that enhance productivity related to the agent workflow process, complete automation, client services, and operational quality assurance.
• Design effective and efficient automation systems to deliver agents a comprehensive booking solution.
• Conduct weekly updates to scripts, including detailed QA testing of all essential scripts.
• Generate and sustain documentation.
• Support analysis, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-production assistance as required.
• Offer suggestions for improving existing automation features, operational processes, and capabilities to foster standardization and efficiency where applicable.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and establish optimal delivery methods.
• Oversee communication and provide regular project status updates, ensuring alignment with timelines and service expectations.
• Facilitate project execution by proactively addressing requests, maintaining documentation, and engaging in system and integration discussions.
• Develop automation solutions that are both effective and efficient, resulting in measurable improvements in business productivity and performance.
• Construct scalable and maintainable workflows that enhance business processes and minimize manual intervention.
• Monitor the performance of solutions and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Required experience in creating Amadeus Smart Scripts and Amadeus Smart Flows.
• Proven background in successfully integrating Smart Scripts with APIs or databases.
• Competence in deploying solutions to agents.
• Significant skills and established working knowledge of Amadeus, along with an understanding of corporate travel industry standards.
• Experience in Compleat (or an alternative Mid Office) development.
• Familiarity with version control concepts and their practical application in systems.
• Proficient in the entire Microsoft Office suite of products.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Amadeus Automation development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
