Systems Engineering Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee a skilled Systems Engineering team with extensive knowledge in various networking domains.

• Cultivate executive-level partnerships with technology and business stakeholders of customers.

• Guarantee that technical resources are focused on key opportunities and align with customer goals.

• Promote solution-selling strategies that link technical skills to quantifiable business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience in networking, telecommunications, infrastructure, or cloud technologies.

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in Systems Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Presales organizations.

• Proven track record of supporting major telecommunications providers, ideally AT&T or similar Tier 1 service providers.

• Experience in managing technical teams across various geographical locations.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree or Master's degree is preferred.
