📋 Description

• iT1, a prominent national technology solution provider based in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a talented and seasoned Systems Engineer for IT Refresh Migrations to join our team. • The Systems Engineer for IT Refresh Migrations will undertake both internal and external responsibilities. In this role, you will be an integral member of our Field Services team, serving as a vital liaison between iT1 Consulting and the broader organization, as well as with iT1’s clients. Responsibilities will include network troubleshooting, system administration, and other related tasks. You will ensure that all assigned duties are fulfilled in accordance with iT1 standards. This position is primarily remote, though some travel may be required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Supports, monitors, tests, and troubleshoots hardware and software-related issues.

• Executes and supports netstation migration scripts.

• Intermediate proficiency in network troubleshooting and deployment (Meraki, Cisco, etc.).

• Intermediate experience with Meraki portal migrations using scripting tools.

• Intermediate troubleshooting skills for Windows-based systems, including Windows 11 and Windows Server platforms.

• Intermediate knowledge of printer drivers encompassing workstation, server-side, and SAP drivers.

• Intermediate capability in managing DHCP reservations.

• Provides support for O365 office productivity software, such as Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc.

• Advanced expertise in active directory management.

• Develops and maintains necessary diagrams, documentation, and procedures for Internal/Client environments.

• Updates and maintains IT asset management records.

• Acts as a point of escalation for technical support issues.

• **JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:**

• Minimum of 3 years of network support experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of prior infrastructure support experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of O365 support experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/technology is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in IT technologies (Linux/Windows Servers, Database, Data Center, and Client/Server Application Support).

• Occasional onsite travel to local Client sites.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with critical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.

• Excellent time management skills are essential.

• Ability to adapt in a flexible environment based on customer scheduling needs.

• Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced setting, exhibiting proven multitasking skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.

• **PREFERRED SKILLS:**

• Experience working in an MSP environment supporting multiple clients (Required).

• Microsoft Certifications or related experience.

• Familiarity with monitoring platforms and tools.

• Experience with utilizing and/or modifying PowerShell, JSON, and RMM system scripts.

• Familiarity with SCCM.

• Experience with Meraki portal.

• Knowledge of SAP.

• Comfortable understanding of Windows Server.

• Experience in interacting with external clients.

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Strong documentation abilities.

• Proficient at accurately following written technical work instructions.

• Capable of working in a structured environment.

• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

• **PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS:**

• Network +.

• CCNP.

• Azure Administrator.

• **PHYSICAL DEMANDS MAY INCLUDE:**

• Lifting or carrying items up to 50 lbs.

• Engaging in low postures (crouching, stooping, kneeling, bending).

• Sitting at a computer for 8 hours per day.

• Keyboarding for 8 hours per day.

• Communicating information verbally to clients and coworkers.
