IT Technician, IT Specialist (System Integration)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide support, perform fault analysis, and resolve issues through phone and remote tools (1st/2nd level, based on experience).

• Conduct on-site work at customer locations throughout Germany, including installations, rollouts, troubleshooting, and commissioning of workstations, networks, print/scan systems, card readers, and other connected devices.

• Maintain clear and reproducible documentation (checklists, tickets, handovers) to ensure that solutions can be replicated effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in IT support, operations, or service is essential (vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration is preferred but not mandatory if relevant practical experience is present).

• Strong knowledge of Windows, networking, and structured troubleshooting methodologies.

• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V/VMware).

• Experience with firewall configuration and operation (SOPHOS).

• Willingness to travel across Germany, as on-site customer appointments are a requirement of the role.

• Valid driver's license class B.

• Proficient in German (for customer interactions).

• Preferred but not mandatory: experience with practice management software (PVS), familiarity with TI/KIM, and knowledge of medical interfaces (e.g., DICOM/PACS).
