This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Ensure NETGEAR is recognized as a reliable and trusted networking partner in broadcast audio and small to mid-scale video environments.
• Provide the necessary technical leadership to validate solutions, design deployments, guide partners, and relay market requirements.
• Build and sustain robust technical integrations with broadcast OEM partners.
• Design, validate, and support practical broadcast workflows.
• Oversee lab infrastructure, testbeds, and demonstration systems.
• Influence and promote commercial growth.
• Prepare proposals and engage in customer meetings.
• Create technical training for regional SE teams.
• Collaborate consistently with PLM and Engineering to escalate technical needs.
• Take part in industry events and aid in the development of marketing materials.
• Strong technical background in networking with hands-on broadcast experience.
• Proficient in broadcast audio and IP video protocols, including AES67, Dante, Ravenna, SMPTE ST2110, Multicast, IGMP, QoS, and PTP.
• Experience in designing or supporting production facilities, intercom systems, OB trucks, post-production networks, or enterprise studios.
• Significant exposure to business development, partner engagement, or technical sales.
• Ability to work independently in the field, fostering relationships, identifying new opportunities, and facilitating technical discussions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
• Experience working collaboratively with product and engineering teams.
• Comfortable operating across various functions; serving as a liaison between Sales, PLM, Engineering, and Marketing.
