This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take complete technical ownership of projects from inception to deployment or operational transition, serving as the primary technical liaison for external clients.

• Establish architecture at the system level, outlining requirements, KPIs, and acceptance criteria for intricate mobility and tolling solutions.

• Oversee the design and integration of both internal and third-party systems, ensuring traceability from concept through to deployment.

• Create comprehensive technical solutions that include hardware, software, and cloud-based elements.

• Assist in proposal efforts through requirements analysis, feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and solution creation.

• Conduct technical workshops and work closely with customers to comprehend requirements, pinpoint challenges, and suggest optimal solutions.

• Offer technical leadership and support throughout the phases of system development, integration, testing, and troubleshooting.

• Partner with Project Managers, software development teams, and operational stakeholders to guarantee successful project execution.

• Spearhead discussions on cloud-based solutions and aid customers in grasping intricate technical concepts in a straightforward and accessible manner.

• Recognize technical risks, manage changes, address defects, and promote continuous improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

• Demonstrated experience with cloud-based solutions, particularly Microsoft Azure.

• At least seven years of proven experience in Systems Engineering or a closely related field.

• Proven track record of working directly with clients, delivering technical presentations, and managing relationships with stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to effectively manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
