Systems Engineer III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to production operations.

• Aid in software deployment and release processes.

• Observe production environments and resolve operational challenges.

• Assist in configuration management and documentation efforts.

• Collaborate with software engineers and customer stakeholders to address production challenges.

• Facilitate testing and implementation activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in supporting enterprise IT systems.

• Proven experience in supporting production environments.

• Experience in supporting software implementation processes.

• Technical expertise in IBM z/OS, JCL, Oracle, Cognos, Broadcom Endevor, and Configuration Management.

• Preferred skills include COBOL, IDMS, as well as experience with enterprise financial systems, ERP, or payroll applications.
