Analista de Sistemas Senior – Mainframe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Senior Mainframe Systems Analyst at Stefanini

• Develop and maintain solutions on the mainframe platform

• Engage in COBOL development for both batch and online applications

• Utilize TSO/ISPF, JCL, and CICS

• Work with DB2, including embedded SQL, queries, and performance optimization

• Handle indexed and sequential VSAM files

• Integrate systems using APIs, JSON, and IBM MQ

• Operate with the ISO 8583 package in financial and transactional systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with the Mainframe platform

• Proficiency in COBOL for both batch and online development

• Familiarity with TSO / ISPF

• Knowledge of JCL (Job Control Language)

• Understanding of CICS

• Expertise in DB2, including embedded SQL, queries, and performance

• Familiarity with VSAM, including indexed and sequential files

• Knowledge of APIs for consumption and/or exposure through intermediary layers

• Proficiency in JSON for data structuring and manipulation

• Familiarity with MQ queues (IBM MQ / messaging)

• Understanding of the ISO package (ISO 8583), crucial for financial/transactional systems

• Bachelor's Degree required
