This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Perform Training Needs Assessment (TNA), Training Situation Analysis (TSA), and components of Training Systems Requirements Analysis (TSRA) following DOW guidelines.
• Evaluate existing training across the pipeline, breaking down training tasks, media, and instructional strategies.
• Create strategies, protocols, and tools for data collection.
• Gather and verify job and training tasks to ensure alignment with job performance standards.
• Collect feedback from students, instructors, and receiving units via surveys, focus groups, and interviews.
• Work in collaboration with subject-matter experts to compile and confirm intricate technical content.
• Execute statistical data analysis.
• Prepare training analysis reports that include descriptive data analysis and recommended courses of action.
• Design comprehensive instructional solutions for complex systems, incorporating ILT, VILT, eLearning, blended learning, and performance support tools.
• Conduct both formative and summative evaluations, suggesting data-driven improvements.
• A bachelor's degree and six (6) years of experience, or equivalent years of experience in place of a degree.
• Proven proficiency in training needs analysis and job task analysis methodologies.
• Strong understanding of ADDIE, adult learning theory, and principles of performance-based design.
• Experience in DoD/DoW training environments.
• Experience collaborating with teams from diverse backgrounds.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Capability to prioritize tasks across multiple programs and adhere to deadlines in fast-paced settings.
• Must be a US Citizen and possess a Secret Clearance.
