This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Execute operational tasks and capacity planning initiatives for enterprise systems.
• Develop and sustain documentation pertaining to services, solutions, and interfaces.
• Conduct testing and implement changes while minimizing risk through structured change management practices.
• Research, analyze technology, consult with vendors, and apply best practices to design technical solutions by employing systems analysis techniques and procedures, including collaboration with users to establish hardware, software, or system functional specifications.
• Validate, test, and deploy new products and services.
• Address and resolve incidents escalated from operational teams and performance tuning requests by utilizing critical thinking skills.
• Provide technical and advisory leadership as needed to achieve objectives.
• Train and mentor other personnel.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• Education: An Associate degree or a combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of the minimum educational requirement.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Information Technology.
• Skills: Not Applicable.
• Certifications / Professional Licenses: No specific certification or professional license is necessary for this role.
• Driver's license: A driver's license is not a requirement for this position.
