📋 Description

• Delivering expertise in Secrets Management solutions, facilitating the onboarding and integration of applications while coordinating and planning integrations with application owners and vendors.

• Offering technical support to business owners, ensuring successful integration, and providing Tier 3 assistance for Secrets Management tools and operational escalations.

• Designing and executing Secrets Management services to align with business requirements, ensuring scalability, robustness, performance optimization, monitoring, problem resolution, and comprehensive documentation.

• Guaranteeing smooth integration and testing of Secrets Management systems while mentoring staff and utilizing analytical skills to implement effective solutions.

• Staying updated on IT trends to evaluate and implement emerging technologies in an effective and efficient manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 4+ years of practical experience in IAM Secret management with a background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Showcase experience with enterprise secret management solutions such as CyberArk EPV, CyberArk Secrets Management Suite, and Hashi Vault.

• Exhibit expertise in diagnosing, resolving, and debugging complex issues related to Secrets Management in an efficient and effective manner.

• Demonstrate proficiency with source control systems (e.g., Git), configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible), Windows scripting, and Linux/Unix authentication modules.

• Show expertise in configuring and engineering One Identity Active Roles Server (ARS), along with a thorough understanding of ITIL frameworks, processes, and procedures.

• Collaborate effectively with technical teams, business units, HelpDesk, Desktop Support, IT developers, analysts, and end users seamlessly.
