This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide dedicated support to clients on a full-time basis as a part of a leading Managed Services Provider.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems within Microsoft environments.
• Implement proactive system maintenance, including backup solutions.
• Document results and manage incidents from start to finish.
• Over 5 years of experience in supporting Microsoft-centric environments (experience in MSP is highly preferred).
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration (tenant-level support).
• Proficiency in Azure / Entra ID (Azure AD) identity and access management.
• Knowledge of Active Directory (AD DS), Group Policy Objects (GPO), and DNS fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across various areas.
• Experience with PowerShell (comfortable reading and modifying scripts).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
