This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Deliver technical support for our New Product Introduction (NPI) team and develop as well as sustain documentation for the instructions.
• Offer daily technical assistance to key accounts within the Field Sales & Service organization on a global scale via site visits, phone calls, faxes, or emails.
• Provide ongoing technical support for Product Technical Support (PTS) Tiers II and VI primarily on a global basis through site visits, phone calls, faxes, or emails.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining technical service bulletins and service letters, while collaborating closely with our publishing team located in Cork, Ireland.
• Enhance product reliability through the Continuous Improvement Process for both current and newly introduced products.
• Act as a Product Technical Support Subject Matter Expert (SME), delivering technical support and collaborating with the quality team and engineering to optimize overall life cycle costs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of experience in power electronics.
• Familiarity with starters and variable speed drives.
• Proficient in analyzing and resolving complex product power electronic issues.
• Experience in developing and maintaining technical documents (such as manuals, etc.).
