This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee significant projects with minimal guidance or supervision, assign tasks to junior staff, and evaluate the work of peers within the job scope.
• Meet the operational goals of both clients and the company.
• Utilize extensive experience in commercial lending to autonomously devise solutions within the job domain.
• Suggest product improvements and work alongside business analysts to define business requirements.
• Offer direction to the technology team regarding user experience and user acceptance testing.
• Identify and implement moderate enhancements to policies and procedures to boost job performance.
• Persuade stakeholders within and outside the organization to support practices, policies, and procedures (i.e., change management).
• Contribute to large, intricate project initiatives that are strategically significant to both the client and the organization.
• Engage with external clients or stakeholders to ensure clarity on policies, standard operating procedures, concepts, and methodologies.
• Create and deliver training materials for loan systems to clients and third-party stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to fellow employees across the organization in the relevant area of expertise.
• Strong understanding of government lending policies and procedures is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management is required.
• A University Degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience are necessary; (Relevant experience may replace formal education or advanced degrees).
• At least 5 years of experience in government loan systems is needed.
