Systems Engineer – DLA Enterprise DBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Provision, install, configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot the enterprise SQL Server database infrastructure.

• Assist in enterprise architecture, database encryption, replication, LDAP/certificate authentication, high availability, disaster recovery, and project documentation.

• Provide support for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Enterprise Database Infrastructure Support Services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of professional engineering experience.

• At least five years of experience in Oracle and/or SQL Server database administration and analysis support.

• A minimum of five years working with Department of Defense (DoD) or Federal IT systems.

• Proven experience in database architecture, replication, encryption, authentication, disaster recovery, security, and high availability.

• DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification required.

• One of the following certifications is necessary: Oracle OCP DB 19 or higher; MCSA SQL 2016 DBA; OCP SA; OCI Foundations 2020; or MS Azure DBAA or higher.

• Top Secret security clearance is mandatory.
