Senior Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Create applications that support eight paper mills across the United States

• Operate within SQL Server and Microsoft Windows/Active Directory environments

• Engage in project-based travel as required

• Collect detailed requirements and effectively resolve issues independently

• Collaborate with both internal and external customers in a dynamic industrial setting

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field

• Proficiency in VB.Net / C# and .NET Framework 4+

• Familiarity with source control, ideally Git

• Experience with SQL Server database 2017+

• Skilled in writing SQL queries

• Ability to create stored procedures, functions, and views

• 5–7 years of experience in Windows desktop development (Windows Forms / WPF) is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Capability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment

• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines

• Proficient in multitasking and fostering strong relationships with both internal and external customers

• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and computer skills

• Ability to make informed decisions independently through creative problem-solving and thorough requirements-gathering

• Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to change
