This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to incorporate adaptation solutions into the TACMOR Network services project, ensuring both compatibility and optimal performance.

• Evaluate and interpret system requirements to formulate adaptation strategies that align with operational demands.

• Perform thorough testing and validation of adaptation solutions to guarantee reliability and adherence to industry standards.

• Detect and address technical issues associated with system adaptation, offering prompt support to uphold system integrity.

• Create comprehensive documentation of adaptation processes, configurations, and alterations for future reference and audits.

• Actively pursue opportunities to improve system performance and adaptation processes through innovative approaches.

• Deliver engineering expertise throughout the entire system lifecycle—from initial concept and design to deployment and maintenance.

• Partner with customers and contractor stakeholders to ensure interoperability, scalability, and alignment with mission objectives.

• Evaluate and suggest tools, methodologies, and processes to improve system development and integration.

• Develop and sustain technical documentation, including interface control documents (ICDs) and engineering reports.

• Engage in technical reviews, readiness assessments, and milestone events.

• Analyze system performance and recommend optimization strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline such as Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or a related field with 4–8 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 2–6 years of experience.

• U.S. citizenship (mandatory as per contract).

• Active DoD Top Secret security clearance or the capability to obtain one after employment commencement.

• Strong comprehension of systems engineering principles, including requirements management, integration and testing, and configuration control.

• Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies (e.g., Cameo, SysML).

• Experience in DoD or Intelligence Community environments.

• Proficient with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence), the Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration platforms.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
