Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement real-time automation solutions that span from the manufacturing plant floor to the enterprise level.

• Engineer and deploy real-time automation controls and information systems.

• Develop conceptual solutions during the project's design phase.

• Program, debug, and conduct testing on systems.

• Prepare project engineering notes, proposals, design traceability documents, case studies, and additional documentation.

• Commission new solutions at client locations.

• Recognize opportunities for enhancement.

• Formulate methodologies and address complex challenges.

• Acquire knowledge of new technologies.

• Mentor peers in areas of expertise and knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successful or anticipated completion of a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related Engineering Technology field.

• Academic or professional experience with some or all of the specified technologies.

• Familiarity or interest in machine and process control, high-level programming, information solutions, database development, operational efficiency, or mechatronics.

• Detail-oriented, conscientious, analytical, focused, self-motivated individual who is a quick learner.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license.

• Full-time access to a personal vehicle.

• Willingness to travel 30–50% across the United States.
