This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Address user inquiries, collect information regarding support requests, analyze problems, and document all actions taken.
• Ensure that support requests and issue tickets are resolved within the defined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Provide training to users on the correct use of both hardware and software as needed.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support to end users.
• Conduct routine systems support, maintenance, and testing activities.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and communication problems.
• Assist with the repair and replacement of equipment.
• Provide support for Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, Entra ID, and Intune environments.
• Aid in managing Apple Business Manager, Mosyle, or other mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
• Contribute to research and development projects.
• Facilitate the integration of new technologies and IT initiatives.
• Support System Administrators and Engineers with various projects and implementations.
• Keep documentation accurate and up-to-date.
• Investigate and propose solutions for hardware and software challenges.
• Help with inventory tracking and maintenance tasks.
• Assist in procurement processes and maintain records.
• Keep records, project documentation, user guides, and reports organized.
• Participate in meetings as necessary.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in the industry.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience as an IT Helpdesk Technician, Support Specialist, Systems Engineer, or in End-User Support roles.
• AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Certification (Mandatory).
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, documentation, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Experience in supporting Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Familiarity with networking components such as firewalls, switches, and access points.
• Knowledge of Apple Business Manager and MDM solutions like Mosyle or JAMF.
• Understanding of GitHub, Azure DevOps, and other third-party administrative platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft licensing administration and Partner Center.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call support rotations.
