This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the product owner for the organization's CRM, project management platform, and other essential business systems.
• Create and implement a multi-year systems roadmap that aligns with strategic plan goals.
• Prioritize and execute system enhancements.
• Assess AI and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for solutions.
• Take responsibility for the configuration, structure, maintenance, access, templates, documentation, and standards for CRM and project management platforms.
• Ensure that systems are scalable, user-friendly, secure, and compliant with privacy and security regulations.
• Conduct audits of user access, permissions, and system controls.
• Collaborate across departments to enhance processes and convert operational needs into technology solutions.
• Design standardized workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
• Integrate CRM, project management, finance, communications, and data systems.
• Develop and sustain automations.
• Establish data governance practices.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools to aid decision-making.
• Lead the implementation of functionalities, upgrades, and releases.
• Develop training materials, documentation, and support resources.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance, communications, and ongoing user support.
• Manage relationships with software vendors and implementation partners.
• Oversee licensing, product updates, and vendor performance.
• Assist with software evaluation, procurement, and future technology implementations.
• An Associate or Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in systems management, product management, or a related field is preferred, particularly in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
• Hands-on experience with CRM management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with key enterprise software tools, such as accounting and budgeting software, project management software, and/or CRM.
• Experience in managing integrations is preferred.
• Outstanding organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and follow-through.
• Technical fluency with various software tools.
