Systems Developer, RPA Automation, AI Agents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in discussions to comprehend requirements gathering and process mapping aimed at automating tasks for RPA.

• Conduct meetings and/or utilize questionnaires alongside existing inputs to gain insights into the business and process context.

• Collaborate with the client's Product Owner (PO) for alignment.

• Execute RPA automations utilizing Automation Anywhere, Python, and other scripting languages.

• Develop AI Agents using N8N as a foundational reference.

• Design test scenarios for the implementation of automation.

• Adopt processes for deployment in QA and production environments.

• Generate and maintain documentation while ensuring homologation and acceptance evidence is current.

• Oversee and support automated (robotic) processes.

• Offer feedback to the project team regarding necessary delivery modifications to prevent or address production failures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with robotic automation platforms such as Automation Anywhere (preferred), UiPath, Blue Prism, Bot City, or similar is advantageous.

• Proficiency in systems development using Python, Java, Microsoft technologies, or other programming languages.

• Experience in creating flows and workflows for AI Agents, primarily leveraging N8N.

• Capability to analyze both functional and technical requirements.

• An inquisitive individual who enjoys researching and exploring alternative solutions to challenges.
