Systems Consultant – Applied AI, Financial Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, advancement, and governance of modern, scalable, secure, and resilient architectures;

• Create and evaluate full-stack solutions, ensuring comprehensive technical quality;

• Establish technical guidelines, corporate standards, along with engineering and architecture best practices;

• Leverage Artificial Intelligence and automation for business solutions, digital products, and internal platforms;

• Lead proofs of concept (POCs), technical experiments, and the validation of new technologies;

• Assist in the modernization of legacy systems, concentrating on performance, sustainability, and risk mitigation;

• Serve as a technical advisor to product, engineering, data, and business teams;

• Mentor architects and developers, fostering knowledge sharing and technical proficiency;

• Engage in strategic forums and contribute to the long-term architectural and engineering vision;

• Ensure alignment among technology solutions, digital strategy, and business goals;

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in software architecture and engineering of complex systems;

• Background in large-scale projects and critical environments;

• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or .NET;

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript and full-stack development;

• Familiarity with modern architectures: Microservices, Event-Driven, Clean Architecture;

• Experience in designing and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL);

• Understanding of relational databases and NoSQL databases;

• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes);

• Cloud expertise (preferably Azure);

• Practices in CI/CD, observability, security, and reliability in distributed environments;

• Knowledge and application of AI, intelligent automation, or language model-based solutions;

• Clear, structured, and persuasive communication with both technical and business stakeholders;

• Strong analytical abilities and systems thinking;

• Self-sufficient, proactive, and a strong sense of accountability;

• Collaborative mindset, with ease of working in cross-functional settings;
