This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +3 more states.
β’ Responsible for the management and upgrades of the Epic environment.
β’ Ensures effective resolution of technical challenges related to Epic delivery.
β’ Provides assistance with Epic-related technical tasks, including interfaces, batch jobs, change management, and other Epic-centric responsibilities.
β’ Oversees and directs the implementation and support of complex application portfolios.
β’ Guides and supports teams comprised of senior architects, systems consultants, and systems analysts.
β’ Develops solutions that effectively align the business needs of Children's with the functionalities and limitations of off-the-shelf software and related technological solutions.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
β’ A minimum of seven (7) years of experience and comprehensive knowledge of software development and implementation life cycle processes within an enterprise IT setting.
β’ 3-5 years of experience and understanding of project management practices, including project planning and risk/issue management.
β’ Familiarity with application integration technologies.
β’ Epic certification in supported modules, or the ability to obtain certification within six months of employment.
