This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with clients to produce platform specifications that align with their business and benefits administration requirements.
• Collect, analyze, and comprehend system necessities for the execution of ongoing tasks and during the Annual Enrollment period.
• Collaborate directly with clients to troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve inquiries and issues related to the platform.
• Work alongside Architect II resources to design solutions that ensure adherence to best practices while identifying any downstream effects.
• Accountable for completing the Decision Support document, work orders, and generating work requests for configuration and analyst teams to implement.
• Collaborate with Configuration Specialists and System Design Analysts to assist with the configuration of established platform requirements.
• Operate efficiently within project timelines/SLAs to meet or exceed expectations and business objectives.
• Establish trusted partnerships with clients.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required, or equivalent experience of 5+ years in implementation and/or project management.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in gathering and analyzing data for developing system requirements, performing system configuration, and creating ETL processes for data transactions.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in crafting test plans and test cases.
• Experience in performing requirements gathering, functional and data analysis, as well as system design and configuration.
• Proficient in identifying and documenting data types, rules, mappings, and conversion requirements.
• Familiarity with a scripting and/or client-side programming language.
• Capable of coordinating and conducting all levels of system and user acceptance testing.
• Ability to maintain system documentation for both internal and external use.
• Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating with diverse resources to achieve timeline goals.
• Skilled in identifying and escalating deficiencies in technical work and implementation strategies.
• A good listener who can effectively apply the knowledge gained.
• Demonstrated ability to manage several high-profile projects in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional client relationship and consultative skills are essential.
• A self-motivated team player who is collaborative, seeks input, accepts and incorporates feedback, and is willing to assist others.
• Client-focused with a positive and professional demeanor.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and responsive.
