This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune solutions across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.

• Configure and provide support for Intune within the Microsoft GCCH framework.

• Create device compliance and security policies to meet GCCH standards.

• Develop FFU packages for imaging and deploying divisional workstations.

• Configure application packages across various platforms while ensuring version updates and security patches are maintained.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate issues related to Intune.

• Work in collaboration with Cyber Security, infrastructure, and end-user computing teams.

• Integrate systems such as Entra AD, Okta, Zscaler, and ServiceNow.

• Streamline and enhance enrollment, configuration, and application deployment using tools like Apple Business Manager, Knox Mobile Enrollment, Jamf Pro, and Windows Autopilot.

• Evaluate endpoint compliance, security posture, and overall performance.

• Provide Tier 3 support for complex end-user incidents.

• Suggest and apply best practices for Intune and GCCH.

• Guide and mentor junior engineers and staff members.

• Oversee Jamf Pro for macOS devices.

• Manage Parallels virtualization and application delivery environments.

• Package, test, and maintain applications for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.

• Optimize and automate Azure Virtual Desktop environments utilizing Nerdio.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 9 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree in a related field; 7 years with a master’s degree; 4 years with a PhD or Juris Doctorate; or a high school diploma or equivalent along with 13 years of relevant experience.

• Must be a US citizen.

• Capability to obtain a security clearance.

• Proven experience working within Microsoft GCCH environments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, Nerdio, Jamf, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

• Strong understanding of the PC, Mac, iOS, and Android ecosystems.

• Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

• Practical experience with MAM/MDM solutions.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Zero Trust security frameworks, particularly within GCCH settings.

• Ability to document solution architectures and create Knowledge Base articles.

• Skill in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Preferred: 5–7 years of experience in desktop engineering, endpoint management, or client services, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
