β€’ Configure, maintain, and enhance systems utilized in financial aid to support student services, daily operations, and processing.

β€’ Review, test, and troubleshoot product updates and annual software releases.

β€’ Promote excellence in service through continuous departmental support and calibration.

β€’ Engage in key initiatives to collaborate with partners in designing and improving all financial aid practices.

β€’ Challenge existing thoughts and processes to drive, deliver, and facilitate system initiatives and solutions.

β€’ Cultivate an understanding of interdependencies and data sharing within system integrations.

β€’ Execute daily support functions related to the student aid experience.

β€’ Oversee and monitor financial aid batch processes within the Student Information System.

β€’ Offer direct, open, and honest feedback to foster engagement, collaboration, and communication for achieving success.

β€’ Perform other related duties to support Student Financial Services and the objectives of the University.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor's degree is required.

β€’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial aid administration within higher education, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

β€’ Advanced knowledge of financial aid and student information systems/platforms, such as Banner, PeopleSoft, Colleague, Workday, or other higher education systems.

β€’ Proven ability to think creatively and strategically to enhance system processes, daily operations, and overall operational efficiency.

β€’ Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

β€’ At least 1 year of advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

β€’ Familiarity with Structured Query Language (SQL), including the capability to support system configuration, reporting, data validation, and query development within higher education platforms and databases.
