This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address intricate customer challenges through systematic troubleshooting, leveraging expert knowledge of SAP IS-U and Billing functionalities within complex SAP environments.
• Engage closely with customers on a daily basis to comprehend their requirements, facilitate business transformations, and ensure a consistently exceptional customer experience.
• Deliver remote functional and technical support and training for your specialized SAP functionalities.
• Assist clients with customizations by sharing implementation insights and best practices.
• Create application fixes for critical defects in products.
• Develop scripts to identify, analyze, and rectify data-related issues.
• Oversee one or more key assigned accounts as a technical and functional advisor.
• Provide hands-on support using proprietary tools in a testing environment or through remote client access.
• Actively contribute to a support organization that operates 24x7x365, requiring the flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays, and monitor emails regularly outside of standard business hours.
• Collaborate with team members in a virtual environment to apply field experience to diverse client scenarios.
• Aid in the development and management of knowledge-sharing methodologies, diagnostic tools, and innovative processes to enhance the client experience.
• Over 10 years of relevant SAP experience, particularly with the SAP IS-U and Billing modules.
• More than 7 years of direct support for application end-users in a corporate setting.
• Proficiency in client-facing support roles.
• Proven track record in successful SAP implementation or upgrade projects.
• In-depth knowledge and comprehension of supporting business processes.
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving abilities.
• SAP certification(s) are preferred.
• Understanding of architecture, implementation, and key functionalities.
• Expertise in SAP R/3, ECC, SAP Netweaver, and SAP Knowledge Management, including comprehensive life-cycle implementation experience, configuration, and administration of the application.
