This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Collaborate with fellow L3 Engineers, L1 Support staff, Engineers, QA teams, Operations, and Customers.
β’ Support responsibilities on robust, scalable, and distributed systems that function seamlessly 24x7x365.
β’ Engage with technologies such as Angular, Java, C++, Tomcat, Apache HTTP server, Postgres, Linux, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
β’ Advanced/fluent English proficiency.
β’ Experience in either software development or L3 support roles.
β’ Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
β’ Ability to comprehend code and address issues when necessary.
β’ Recreate field problems for verification and analysis, facilitating swift resolution for customers or further escalation as needed.
β’ Exhibit a good level of written and verbal communication skills, adapting approach and style to diverse situations and audiences.
β’ Employ logical reasoning to dissect and navigate through situations or problems to reach a resolution, tackling complex issues with minimal oversight.
β’ Produce high-quality technical documentation of issues and processes.
β’ Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 Technical Support Representatives.
β’ Experience working with remote teams.
