Applications Support Analyst – Health Plan

📋 Description

• Provides ongoing support for healthcare information systems and applications.

• Employs analytical skills and experience to examine or escalate support issues.

• Addresses incidents and fulfills service requests.

• Aids in developing and maintaining training documentation.

• Utilizes effective presentation techniques to facilitate or lead training sessions.

• Conducts research, analysis, and offers recommendations for enhancing application workflows.

• Generates and evaluates reports produced through various reporting tools.

• Collects, analyzes, designs, develops, modifies, tests, implements, assesses, and maintains information technologies to meet business requirements.

• Encourages and engages in a collaborative team environment.

• Collaborates with other departments and external vendors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

• Preferred areas of study include Information Technology, Healthcare, Business, or similar fields.

• At least one year of relevant experience in application support, hardware, or interfaces is preferred.

• If applicable, an Information Technology (IT) certification must be acquired within six months of hire and within three attempts at the certification exam.
