This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.
• Rapidly acquire knowledge of the company’s Next.js, React, Node.js, and Supabase application framework.
• Examine customer-reported problems and replicate bugs within the application.
• Utilize Cursor or comparable AI-assisted development tools to review code, evaluate call stacks, and determine root causes.
• Create and implement maintainable TypeScript solutions across both frontend and backend systems.
• Enhance edge-case management, application dependability, and performance.
• Compose clear and customer-oriented email communications that explain technical challenges and solutions.
• Provide professional and composed customer support during high-pressure scenarios.
• Work collaboratively with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to prioritize critical issues and releases.
• Contribute to the development of internal documentation, knowledge bases, and support manuals.
• Assist in refining monitoring, alerting, and recurring issue prevention strategies.
• Proficiency with Next.js, React, Node.js, TypeScript, Supabase, SQL, and Cursor or similar AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong skills in debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
• Comprehensive understanding of software engineering principles, coding best practices, and contemporary development workflows.
• Capability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and perform tasks with minimal oversight.
• Exceptional written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to customers.
• Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
• Prior experience in direct communication with customers about technical issues is highly desirable.
• Experience in independently building, deploying, or maintaining software applications is a plus.
• Familiarity with SaaS products, technical support, or support engineering settings is advantageous.
• Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative software development methods.
• Interest in AI, healthcare technology, biotechnology, or life sciences is beneficial.
