Systems Analyst – TOTVS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage the maintenance, parameterization, and enhancement of TOTVS RM backoffice modules, ensuring system reliability, compliance with business processes, and effective user support.

• Deliver functional and technical assistance for TOTVS RM modules (Financial, Accounting, Tax, and HR).

• Evaluate and resolve tickets (incidents, service requests, and problems).

• Execute parameterizations and configurations in line with business regulations and legislation.

• Create and maintain SQL queries, reports, and data cubes.

• Facilitate integrations with external systems (APIs, WebServices).

• Engage in implementation, upgrade, and improvement initiatives.

• Perform functional testing and validation in collaboration with users.

• Document processes, solutions, and modifications.

• Recognize opportunities for enhancements and automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency with TOTVS RM (Backoffice).

• Understanding of financial, accounting, and tax processes.

• Expertise in SQL Server (queries, joins, stored procedures).

• Experience with reporting tools (RM Reports / Cubes / Metadata).

• Familiarity with integrations (API / WebService).

• Knowledge of version upgrades and patch applications; troubleshooting within RM environments.

• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing in: Information Systems; Computer Science; Systems Analysis and Development; or related disciplines.

• Preferred / Nice-to-have:

• Experience in educational settings (TOTVS Educacional).

• Understanding of TAF / tax / eSocial.

• Experience with tax reform initiatives (CBS/IBS).

• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., n8n).

• Knowledge of BI (Power BI / advanced SQL).

• Success indicators (KPIs):

• Ticket response SLA.

• Mean time to resolution (MTTR).

• Decrease in recurring incidents.

• User satisfaction (internal NPS).

• Stability of the RM environment.

• Education:

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in: Information Systems; Computer Science; Systems Analysis and Development; or related fields.
