Systems Analyst – Support and Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical support and assistance to clients by analyzing and resolving incidents.

• Investigate problems within applications, integrations, and databases.

• Log, monitor, and prioritize support tickets, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

• Identify root causes of issues and suggest corrective and preventive measures.

• Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, modules, and features.

• Execute system configurations, parameterizations, and validations.

• Collect requirements from clients for minor enhancements and improvements.

• Create functional and technical documentation.

• Support user acceptance testing and validation of new features.

• Serve as a bridge between clients and the development team.

• Monitor project execution, keeping track of schedules and deliverables.

• Provide system training and presentations to users as needed.

• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of support and implementation processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

• Experience in providing support for enterprise systems.

• Proficient in SQL for querying and data analysis.

• Understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.

• Strong analytical and investigative problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Organized with the capability to manage multiple tasks at once.

• Experience with ticketing and activity-tracking systems.

• Familiarity with enterprise system implementations (preferred).

• Knowledge of SQL Server databases (preferred).

• Experience with API integrations (preferred).

• Understanding of software development (C#, JavaScript, Python, or similar) (preferred).

• Knowledge of business processes in industrial, logistics, or mining sectors (preferred).

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) (preferred).

• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Git, or similar (preferred).

• Proficient in technical English for reading documentation (preferred).
