Senior Information Systems Analyst, FACS Application

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main Information Systems contact for clients and business stakeholders, working closely to comprehend operational requirements and provide effective technology solutions.

• Offer consultative advice regarding system functionalities, enhancements, and strategic advancements.

• Convert intricate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Collaborate with IS leadership and fellow senior analysts to guarantee consistent prioritization, communication, and service delivery.

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for FACS or similar platforms.

• Conduct advanced system analysis, design solutions, and implement complex enhancements.

• Perform detailed data mapping, including the creation and modification of tables, fields, and integrations.

• Oversee upgrades, releases, and ongoing maintenance of systems and dialing platforms.

• Act as a senior escalation point for diagnosing and resolving complex issues.

• Monitor system performance to ensure stability and data integrity.

• Provide after-hours support when necessary.

• Design and implement innovative solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.

• Identify inefficiencies and suggest strategic improvements.

• Lead complex Information Systems initiatives from inception to deployment.

• Ensure timely delivery aligned with business objectives.

• Develop and maintain reporting systems while analyzing data trends.

• Ensure data accuracy and compliance.

• Support the onboarding of new businesses through system configuration and integration.

• Maintain system documentation and work collaboratively with external vendors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Over 7 years of progressive experience in Information Systems, application support, application development, or systems analysis, including supporting enterprise-level business applications.

• A minimum of 5 years of expert-level hands-on experience with FACS, including system configuration, troubleshooting, data mapping, reporting, integrations, and production support.

• At least 3 years of advanced SQL, database management, and data analysis experience, with the capability to troubleshoot complex system and data issues.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading technology projects, system implementations, upgrades, or enhancements to enterprise applications from requirements gathering to deployment.

• Ability to serve as a trusted business advisor with strong senior-level communication skills.

• Extensive experience as a business-facing technical partner, translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions and communicating effectively with leadership and stakeholders.

• Experience supporting enterprise applications, integrations, reporting platforms, dialing systems, or similar operational technologies.

• Knowledge of data privacy, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements related to technology systems and data management.

• Experience with ARTIVA is highly preferred.

• Background in healthcare revenue cycle management, collections, business process outsourcing (BPO), financial services, or other high-volume operational environments is preferred.
