This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Lead the implementation of EHS systems stabilization initiatives, which includes identifying and rectifying data and configuration discrepancies.
• Assist in the governance and standardization of EHS workflows to ensure they align with established data standards and business logic.
• Collaborate with platform owners (e.g., Procore, ServiceNow) to uphold system integrity and scalable configurations.
• Aid in the development and enhancement of EHS executive dashboards, scorecards, and predictive analytics tools.
• Convert operational EHS requirements into precise data, reporting, and system specifications.
• Work alongside data engineering teams to facilitate data pipelines, quality assurance, and reliable reporting.
• Conduct QA and validation of analytics outputs to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness.
• Assist in defining and executing governance and change management processes for EHS systems and analytics.
• Monitor adoption metrics and pinpoint opportunities for enhancing system utilization and data quality.
• Identify process deficiencies, system risks, and opportunities to mitigate technical or system debt.
• Support the creation of documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
• Serve as a cross-functional liaison among EHS, IT, data engineering, and operations teams.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to promote consistency in system usage and data entry practices.
• Identify interdependencies across related initiatives and assist in aligning efforts across teams.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing scalability and operational efficiency.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in analytics, systems enablement, operations analytics, or a similar field.
• Experience in supporting enterprise or multi-regional systems or analytics deployments.
• A background in EHS, preferably within construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or other operational sectors, is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking abilities, with a knack for identifying root causes and driving solutions.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous environments with evolving processes and incomplete documentation.
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI or similar platforms).
• Knowledge of enterprise platforms such as Procore, ServiceNow, or comparable systems.
• Understanding of data quality, data governance, and data lifecycle principles.
• Working knowledge of data flow from source systems to reporting and analytics layers.
