Systems Analyst, Senior Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Gather system requirements and assist in analyzing business rules, ensuring that the developed solutions align with the needs of the target area of the system;

• Execute corrective and evolutionary maintenance on systems based on user requirements and technological advancements;

• Engage in technical and functional refinement sessions, aiding in the definition of feature scope;

• Plan, define specifications for, and implement enhancements and new features;

• Create full-stack, front-end, or back-end solutions, implementing features and components as outlined by the team;

• Optimize and manage database usage;

• Develop automated tests to guarantee code quality and reliability;

• Generate and maintain technical and user documentation for future reference, adhering to established standards;

• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure software delivery in line with the agreed-upon schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Administration, Engineering, or a related IT field.

• Proven experience in Systems Analysis, working on project development with object-oriented programming and relational databases.

• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and software development utilizing agile methodologies, including the creation of technical documentation, solution building, and database modeling.

• Desired technical knowledge includes: best practices in agile software development; object-oriented programming; clean architecture; TDD (Test-Driven Development); DDD (Domain-Driven Design); cross-platform system integration; prototyping techniques; best practices for writing user stories; web services development; utilization of digital certifications, particularly digital signing of information and documents; version control tools (GIT); reporting tools; application servers; relational and non-relational databases; SOLID principles.

• Technology stack familiarity: PostgreSQL; Java Spring; Angular; HTML; CSS; TypeScript/JavaScript; JUnit; Docker.
