Systems Analyst – Project-focused

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze and document business rules and requirements;

• Define APIs, information flows, and integrations between internal systems and marketplace platforms;

• Engage in data modeling and the design of integrated solutions;

• Assist in defining system architecture while considering scalability and security;

• Enhance existing integrations and facilitate the transition to new CRM solutions;

• Collaborate with the Business Analyst and various institutional areas;

• Oversee system deployments and configurations;

• Conduct functional validation of technical deliveries with end users;

• Aid the quality team in developing test scenarios;

• Provide training to users on system functionalities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration with a focus on IT, or related fields;

• Prior experience in requirements elicitation and documentation, data modeling, API and integration specification; experience with CRM projects is highly advantageous;

• Intermediate proficiency in English;

• Previous experience in implementing or supporting CRM systems;

• Familiarity with institutional or educational environments;

• Understanding of integrated solutions architecture;

• Knowledge of databases and system integration frameworks;

• Experience with marketing automation tools.
