Systems Analyst, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) — Financial Systems Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Offer support and maintenance for essential environments, guaranteeing the availability and stability of financial systems.

• Conduct intricate analyses and incident diagnostics, implement solutions, and efficiently manage service requests.

• Oversee and coordinate integrations between systems, ensuring seamless process flows and connectivity across various modules (GL, AR, AP, FA, PO, INV, OM, HR, WE, OKC, QP, among others).

• Create and maintain scripts, reports, XML Publisher templates, and workflows using Oracle Forms, PL/SQL (procedures, packages, functions, triggers), while optimizing SQL queries.

• Manage Oracle databases, performing operational monitoring, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and applying ongoing process enhancements.

• Oversee SLAs and OLAs, proactively identifying recurrent issues and suggesting initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the financial environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.

• Experience in the support and maintenance of mission-critical financial systems, ideally within large corporate settings.

• Strong technical and functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (R11/11i and R12) and the following modules:

• General Ledger (GL)

• Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Accounts Payable (AP)

• Fixed Assets (FA)

• Purchasing (PO)

• Inventory (INV)

• Order Management (OM)

• Human Resources (HR)

• Workflow Engine (WE)

• Contracts (OKC)

• Pricing (QP)

• Familiarity with financial interfaces and integrations (IE, RI).

• Experience in developing and maintaining Oracle Forms, producing reports, XML Publisher templates, and workflows utilizing Workflow Builder.

• Advanced PL/SQL development capabilities, including the creation of procedures, packages, functions, and triggers, with a focus on SQL query optimization.

• Background in high-availability environments with a strong emphasis on meeting SLAs, incident management, and problem resolution.

• Analytical mindset, strong prioritization abilities, business acumen, proactivity, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Nice to have:

• Basic proficiency in English and Spanish for interactions with international and Latin American teams.

• Experience in regulated, financial, risk, and compliance environments.

• Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident, problem, and change management.
