This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Offer support, enhancement, and implementation for the Backoffice modules of TOTVS RM, ensuring stability, performance, and alignment with the needs of the business;
• Execute parameterizations, create visual formulas, metadata, and artifacts within the RM environment, aiding in the continual improvement of internal processes;
• Assist with system integrations and the automation of routines, thereby enhancing operational efficiency for administrative and financial sectors;
• Work alongside partner areas to identify and address issues, fostering systemic improvements and greater compliance with business regulations;
• Develop queries and conduct analyses using SQL Server to meet technical and operational requirements in the RM environment;
• Engage in technology evolution and digital transformation initiatives related to Backoffice processes;
• Operate proactively and analytically with the technical team and internal departments, concentrating on problem resolution and solution delivery.
• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline;
• Experience in support, implementation, or parameterization of TOTVS RM, particularly within Backoffice modules;
• Proficiency in constructing visual formulas, metadata, and parameterizations in the RM environment;
• Familiarity with SQL Server for query execution and data manipulation;
• Experience with system integrations and Web Services;
