Systems Analyst, Level 2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Overseeing escalated support tickets, addressing a range of issues from break/fix problems to application configurations and user-level setups.

• Establishing new **Hyper‑V hosts**, troubleshooting and implementing **SonicWall firewalls**, as well as managing **Datto networking switches and access points**.

• Employing our ticketing system to document, track, and escalate issues when necessary.

• You will join a cohesive team where collaboration is essential, working alongside a skilled technical group to deliver exceptional remote support and services to our clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• **🎓 Education & Certifications**

• - **CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ is mandatory** *(If you do not currently possess one, you will be expected to obtain it after being hired — we will provide support!)*

• - **MD‑102 (Modern Desktop Administrator Associate)** is preferred.

• **🛠 Technical Skills**

• - **3–5 years of IT support experience** in a managed service provider (MSP) or a dynamic technical setting.

• - Strong expertise in **Windows 10/11** and **macOS**.

• - Extensive experience with **Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022**.

• - Working knowledge of **SonicWall firewalls**, **Datto networking**, and fundamental **networking principles**.

• - Familiarity with **Microsoft 365**, **Office applications**, and **Office 365 cloud management**.

• - Experience with **Azure** and/or **AWS** cloud environments.

• - Practical experience with **Datto BCDR** and/or **SaaS Backup solutions**.

• - Experience using **Autotask PSA** is a significant advantage.
