Systems Analyst, Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the deployment of Lina's products for clients;

• Oversee schedules, technical deliveries, and Go-Live events;

• Maintain communication with clients and internal teams;

• Support clients with testing, certifications, and API integrations;

• Help track regulatory milestones and deadlines;

• Facilitate status meetings and operational alignments;

• Collaborate with Development, Regulatory, Support, Sales, and Customer Success teams;

• Aid in identifying risks and monitoring action plans;

• Create operational reports, presentations, and executive updates;

• Ensure effective communication and deliver a positive client experience during deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.

• Experience or familiarity with system implementations, project work, or technical support;

• Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, and integration processes;

• Experience in client follow-up and managing demands/requests;

• Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence;

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities;

• Effective verbal and written communication skills;

• A collaborative and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
