Systems Analyst, Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation, upkeep, and support of integrations across systems, APIs, services, and automations.

• Conduct integration testing and validations in collaboration with the team, ensuring that solutions operate as intended.

• Aid in the analysis, investigation, and resolution of incidents related to integrations, always under the mentorship of more experienced colleagues.

• Contribute to the technical documentation of integrations and support ongoing improvement initiatives for processes.

• Engage in meetings to comprehend requirements, gather specifications, and design new solutions.

• Help implement integrations utilizing REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols.

• Collaborate on version control using Git and assist in the consumption and validation of APIs with tools like Postman.

• Operate within a collaborative environment, maintaining close interaction between technology and business sectors, thereby gaining practical insights into integration architecture and process automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed or in-progress Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or similar disciplines.

• Fundamental understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and the HTTP protocol.

• Basics of programming logic (preferably in C#, but experience in other languages is also acceptable as a foundation).

• Elementary understanding of databases and SQL queries.

• Knowledge of Git.

• Familiarity with tools for API consumption and testing, such as Postman.

• A keen interest in integration architecture, process automation, and the DevOps culture.

• Basic knowledge of CI/CD is considered advantageous.

• Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

• Preferred: Familiarity with integration platforms such as Sensedia or similar.

• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.

• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as New Relic.

• Experience or interest in integration architecture and process automation.
