Advisory Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Actively engage with customers to promote Arista products in areas such as DC, Campus, Routing, AI, and CV to enhance account presence.

• Offer technical support for new opportunities, including Proof of Concept testing at Arista and in customer laboratories.

• Ensure customers are conducting operational health checks, compliance reviews, and assessments of automation maturity.

• Aid in the deployment and integration of CloudVision, APIs, and automation toolsets.

• Discover avenues for continuous improvement within customer environments utilizing Arista’s open, programmable platforms.

• Conduct strategic and advanced technical workshops covering topics such as automation, CI/CD, CloudVision, and AVD.

• Serve as a technical intermediary among customers, Arista TAC, and engineering, with an emphasis on proactive solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in customer-facing technical positions.

• Proficiency in L2/L3 networking, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EVPN, VXLAN), and automation ecosystems (EOS, CloudVision, Ansible, Terraform, Python).

• Strong consultative skills and business insight; experience in connecting technical results to revenue enhancement.

• Arista ACE certification (or a commitment to obtain it within the first 90 days).

• Familiarity with data center, cloud, campus, or routing environments.
