Systems Analyst – Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Diagnose and resolve incidents reported by clients, with assistance from senior professionals in more intricate cases.

• Apply workarounds and specific fixes utilizing Java/Spring and Angular technologies.

• Examine logs, databases, and integrations to determine the root cause of reported issues.

• Prioritize and manage tickets based on severity and SLA, in partnership with the N1 and N2 teams.

• Record analyses, diagnoses, and solutions implemented, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of the team’s knowledge base.

• Aid in maintaining the stability, quality, and operational continuity of the educational ERP system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field.

• Proven experience in Full Stack development utilizing Java.

• Familiarity with the Spring Framework and Spring Boot.

• Proficient in front-end development using Angular.

• Experience in building and consuming REST APIs.

• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

• Proficient with Git and version control systems.

• Understanding of software architecture.

• Experience in system integration.

• Familiarity with microservices and application decoupling.

• Experience with Docker.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with automated testing and best practices in software development.

• Preferred: certifications in Java, Spring Framework, Angular or React, Docker, DevOps, Scrum, or Kanban.

• Preferred: background in products for the education sector.

• Preferred: experience in technology transformation and system modernization projects.

• Preferred: understanding of AI-assisted software engineering.

• Preferred: Oracle certifications for the Java platform.
