Systems Analyst III – CRM and Registration Tribe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Interpret requirements established by the Product Owner and convert them into technical inputs for the engineering team;

• Conduct data modeling utilizing the ER (Entity-Relationship) model;

• Employ Function Point Analysis (FPA) to estimate and functionally categorize deliverables;

• Create and maintain reference architecture diagrams, system flow diagrams, and technical documentation;

• Assist the development team with technical specifications, integration guidelines, and technical acceptance criteria;

• Actively engage in agile ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective), collaborating with product and engineering teams;

• Ensure that technical solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and best practices;

• Contribute to the oversight and alignment of the software development lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields;

• Demonstrated experience as a Systems Analyst, with significant involvement in technical analysis, documentation, and engineering support;

• Extensive experience with Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM;

• Capable of creating and interpreting technical diagrams and architectural artifacts;

• Proficient in data modeling using the ER (Entity-Relationship) model;

• Practical experience with Function Point Analysis (FPA) for estimation and functional classification;

• Familiarity with SCRUM and participation in agile ceremonies;

• Understanding of the fundamental concepts of the software development lifecycle;
