Senior Client Engagement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for sales partners and their high-volume clientele.

• Ensure the effectiveness of e-commerce initiatives and foster enduring business relationships.

• Develop and sustain robust connections with clients and sales partners.

• Oversee and coordinate e-commerce program activities to achieve and surpass performance targets.

• Assist sales initiatives with pricing strategies, product demonstrations, vendor negotiations, and proposals.

• Work collaboratively across departments to support marketing, billing, and logistics functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in client relationship management or account management, preferably in a marketing, e-commerce, or promotional products setting.

• Outstanding communication, organizational, and analytical capabilities.

• Familiarity with billing, receivables, inventory management, and compliance procedures.

• MAS (Master Advertising Specialist) certification is preferred or a commitment to acquire it.
