Systems Analyst II – MVNO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide maintenance and support for essential systems within the MVNO environment.

• Conduct analysis and resolution of first and second level incidents, including root cause investigation.

• Monitor the behavior of the environment following changes and deployments.

• Analyze data flows across various databases and integrations.

• Investigate discrepancies in records, tables, integrations, and data pipelines.

• Perform technical troubleshooting utilizing SQL, logs, scripts, dashboards, and observability tools.

• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to address complex incidents.

• Create and maintain technical documentation for data flows, integrations, data standards, and operational procedures.

• Interpret relational models, application diagrams, sequence diagrams, and UML documentation.

• Suggest continuous improvements to data pipelines to enhance efficiency and operational reliability.

• Support corrective actions and workarounds of low to medium complexity within the production environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in supporting and maintaining production systems.

• Proven experience in technical troubleshooting and the investigation of critical incidents.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and the interpretation of complex queries.

• Experience with various databases:

• ◦ PostgreSQL

• Knowledge of system integrations:

• ◦ ETL

• ◦ APIs

• ◦ Replications

• ◦ Messaging

• Ability to read and analyze logs as well as monitor processes.

• Basic understanding of data modeling and information architecture.

• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools.

• Experience with Salesforce:

• ◦ Sales Cloud

• ◦ Service Cloud

• ◦ SOQL

• ◦ OmniChannel

• ◦ OmniScript

• ◦ Order Management

• Experience in reading:

• ◦ Application diagrams

• ◦ Relational diagrams

• ◦ Sequence diagrams

• Ability to produce both technical and operational documentation.

• Experience in root cause analysis and incident resolution.
