Systems Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into clear, actionable system specifications.

• Analyze and resolve system issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

• Document business processes, functional requirements, and technical designs in a manner that is clear and accessible across teams.

• Lead and assist in small to mid-sized projects, overseeing timelines, priorities, and deliverables.

• Develop and carry out test plans to ensure that solutions align with business needs and perform as intended.

• Work alongside developers and other analysts to refine solutions and ensure successful implementation.

• Train end users and produce documentation to facilitate system adoption and ongoing usage.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or a related field.

• Capability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying root causes and strategizing implementation.

• Experience in documenting processes, functional specifications, and technical designs.

• Working knowledge of ERP systems; familiarity with SAP is advantageous.

• Basic programming or debugging experience, with exposure to ABAP preferred.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and work independently on moderately complex projects.
